I've worked for start-up companies, commuted three hours back and forth to work and opened three businesses in two years. I've experienced the challenges (and value) of staying fit, while spinning a few plates.

I'm a competitive athlete, have played team sports and run 5 & 10Ks, marathons & triathlons. Recently, I ran the Disneyland Marathon with several friends and clients. What a blast! Prior to having her children she was a litigation attorney for complex cases.  Since then her addiction to law has progressed to an addiction to fitness and health.
