About Shaun

"I love being a personal trainer in Carlsbad! I'm helping people pursue their vision, achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, longer lives!"

For years it's been my desire to inspire others to be healthy and fit. While successful in the corporate world, I decided to change direction and pursue my passion and become a fitness trainer specializing in weight loss and nutrition.

I've worked for start-up companies, commuted 3 hrs. back and forth to work and opened 3 different businesses in 2 years. I've experienced some of the challenges (and value) of staying fit, while spinning a few plates.

For over 20 years, I've trained as a competitive athlete, played team sports and run 5Ks, 10Ks, marathons and triathlons. Recently, I ran the Disneyland Marathon with several friends and clients. It was a blast! I've even been a featured TV spokesperson for Bowflex Home Fitness equipment. That's enough about me...Now I'd like to hear about your fitness dreams, so let's get going!
